יתקיים ביום שלישי ב אייר 22.5.3 במתנ"ס שכונת הגפן . כניסת קהל החל מהשעה 00:19 ,תחילת

.19:55 הטקס

כמות הקהל באולם תוגבל עקב מגבלות בטיחות, נא לשריין כרטיסים מראש באתר המתנ"ס.

הטקס ישודר ברחבת המתנ”ס ויועבר בשידור חי באמצעות דף הפייסבוק של המתנ”ס, מועצה.

לאחר הטקס יתקיים ערב "שרים וזוכרים" בהובלת מטה הנוער.

הטקס יתקיים ביום רביעי, ג` אייר 22.5.4 באמפי זית. בשעה 30:20 מתחם אמפי זית )חניון

צה”ל( נמצא ברח’ מתיתיהו הכהן 47, בשכונת הזית. הישיבה על כיסאות ומחצלות. מומלץ

להגיע בלבוש חם ונעליים נוחות. שירותים ניידים יוצבו במקום. שידור של הטקס יועבר בשידור

חי

בשעה 10:19 תתקיים תפילת מנחה ואחריה תפילת ערבית חגיגית ברחבת ישיבת אורות

יהודה.

בשעות 30:19 ,10:20 מסלול: סובה תאנה, חניון מח"ר, מרכז מסחרי דקל, אמפי זית

בשעות 20:20,55:19 מבית הספר אלומים בדגן לאמפי זית

בשעות 20:20,55:19 מבית הספר אריאל בתמר לאמפי זית.

בסיום האירוע יצאו הסעות חזור.

חסימות כבישים וחניונים:

ככל אנו ממליצים לתושבי הזית להגיע רגלית למקום האירוע ולתושבי שאר השכונות להגיע

בשאטלים.

האירוע יאובטח ע”י כוחות הביטחון וילווה בסדרנים. יש להישמע להוראותיהם.

לידיעתכם קיים קיצור דרך רגלי- דרך מעבר בנ”ע סניף זית/ החווה החקלאית.

• החל מהשעה 00:18 בערב, יחסם רח’ מתתיהו הכהן עד למכולת ברח’ פיטום

הקטורת ויהפוך לכביש חד סיטרי )למעט תושבי הרחוב שיוכלו להיכנס עפ”י ת.ז.).

• לרשותכם החניונים הבאים :

-מתחם הגנים ושטח העפר מעל הבריכה )כ-200 מקומות חניה(

-מתחם אורות יהודה )כ-80 מקומות חניה.)

תתאפשר חניה לאורך מתיתיהו הכהן בהתאם לוויסות הסדרנים ועובדי אגף הביטחון.

• תתאפשר כניסה וחניה בסמוך למתחם לרכבים בעלי תו נכה.

• נסיעה וחניה בדרכי ביטחון אסורה.

The Upcoming Ceremonies in Efrat

The Yom HaZikaron ceremony will take place on Tuesday, May 3, at the Geffen

Matnas. Doors will open at 19:00, and the ceremony will begin at 19:55. Space

.is limited, so please reserve tickets in advance on the Matnas website

The ceremony will be broadcast on the Matnas website and via the Council

.Facebook page

After the ceremony there will be an evening of "singing and remembering" led

.by Efrat youth

,Traffic and parking arrangements for the Yom HaAtzmaut Ceremony

The ceremony will take place on Wednesday, May 4th at the Zayit Amphitheater

at 20:30. The Zayit Amphitheater (IDF parking lot) is located at 47 Matityahu

HaCohen, in the Zayit neighborhood. There will be chairs and mats for sitting.

We recommended wearing warm clothing and comfortable shoes. Mobile

bathrooms will be set up on site. The event will be broadcast on the Matnas

.and the Council`s Facebook pages

At 19:25 there will be Mincha followed by a celebratory Ma’ariv at the Orot

.Yehuda Yeshiva plaza

:Shuttles

At 19:00 - Route: Suba Te’ena, Machar parking lot, Dekel Shopping Center,

Orot Yehuda

At 19:30 and 20:10 - Route: Suba Te’ena, Machar parking lot, Dekel Shopping

Center, Zayit Amphitheater

At 19:55 and 20:20 from Alumim School in Dagan to the Zayit Amphitheater

.At 19:55 and 20:20 from the Ariel School in Tamar to the Zayit Amphitheater

.At the end of the event, the shuttles will depart for the various neighborhoods

:Roadblocks and parking

We recommend that Zayit residents arrive on foot and that the residents of the

.other neighborhoods use the shuttles

The event will be run by the security forces and will be assisted by ushers.

.Please obey their instructions

Please note that there is a shortcut for those on foot - through a path through

.the Bnei Akiva Zayit / Agricultural Farm

From 18:00 in the evening, Matityahu HaCohen will be closed all the way to •

the Makolet on Pitum Hakoret. and it will become a one-way street (except for

.the residents of the street who can enter according to their TZ number)

The ganim complex and the dirt area above the pool (about 200 parking -

spaces)

.Orot Yehuda (about 80 parking spaces) -

Parking will be allowed along Matityahu HaCohen in accordance with the

.regulations of the ushers and employees of the Security Department

Entry and parking will be allowed near the compound for vehicles with a •

.disabled sign

.Driving and parking on security roads is prohibited •
